Why is this called an “early decentralized tech stack,” and what makes it different from a normal AI platform launch?

Lots of projects say “open” and “decentralized.” What are they signaling here that’s actually specific?

They’re describing a stack where:

  • Tools interoperate instead of being locked into one vendor’s ecosystem.

  • Progress is transparent, meaning development and activity are visible rather than hidden behind private APIs.

  • No single company holds the keys to the network or the intelligence layer.

That’s the contrast they’re drawing against today’s AI world, where the strongest models live behind closed doors at a handful of big tech companies. This launch is positioned as the open alternative.
